Prior to establishing Dransfield Hotels and Resorts, Dean Dransfield was a registered liquidator leading the hotel division of Australia's leading insolvency advisers. In this role Dean managed and sold hotel assets in excess of $1 Billion.
Having decided to focus on all aspects of Hotels and Resorts Dean retired as a liquidator and can now provide independent advice to other insolvency practitioners who recognise the needs of this specialised asset class. DHR work with insolvency practitioners rather than compete with them.
