Discovery Parks Acquisition

Dransfield were retained as the commercial due diligence advisor to a private equity investor in their successful acquisition of 31 tourist parks (EV $200m) across Australia.

The new market entrants, Next Capital, with the assistance of Dransfield, were able to assess the investment and commit to a transaction within four weeks. The asset portfolio includes a number of mining services assets.  Since acquisition EBIT has more than doubled with limited additional capex.

Bell City
